Usage Instructions
According to details found on retail sites, proper application ensures the best results for fabric projects: 
  1. Prewash and Dry: Wash the fabric without using fabric softener and let it dry completely.
  2. Protect Work Surface: Place an insert (like cardboard or plastic) underneath the fabric to prevent the paint from bleeding through to the other side or your work surface.
  3. Apply Paint: The paint can be applied directly from the tube or with a brush/sponge. It can also be mixed with water for thinning.
  4. Drying: Allow the painted item to dry flat for 6 hours.
  5. Heat Set: To ensure the paint is permanent and washable, iron the reverse side of the painted fabric using medium heat for approximately 5 minutes. Avoid using steam.
  6. Washing: Wait 72 hours before the first machine wash. Wash and iron the fabric inside out.
